Which test do you want to run?

Manual handling

Lifting — ISO 11228-1 Trunk inclination, fatigue drift and time in risk zones across the lift. Film side-on, whole body in frame.

Lifting boxes — NIOSH Repetitive box handling scored against the NIOSH equation. Film side-on, include the load and the start and end height.

Pulling — ISO 11228-2 Hauling, dragging or drawing a load. Film side-on so the trunk angle is visible throughout.

Walking & gait

Gait — toward camera (symmetry) Left–right symmetry, hip drop and shoulder tilt. Stand the phone at hip height and walk toward it, then away. 3 m runway.

Gait — side view (posture) Trunk lean, knee range of motion and stride mechanics. Film walking across the frame, left to right.

Functional

Sit-to-stand / squat Hip hinge, depth and control over repetitions. Film side-on at hip height, 3–5 reps.

Workstation

Desk & seated posture Neck and trunk flexion while seated at a workstation. Film side-on for 20–30 seconds of normal work.
